Return & Refund Policy

We do not allow Product exchanges or returns. 

Returns and Refunds are allowed ONLY if: 

  • In any case, if you received a damaged product - a new product will be sent to you, provided an image of the damaged product is emailed to info@thehausco.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.  
  • If your product is in incorrect size. If the size received differs from your order details of the size. We will ship the correct size to you. Please drop an email for the same at info@thehausco.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  •  If your product is an incorrect product. If received differs from your order details of the incorrect product. We will ship you the correct product from your order details. Please drop an email for the same at info@thehausco.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  • Please ensure that all tags, invoices and packaging material is intact. The product is unworn/unused and in its original condition. We cannot accept and facilitate an exchange on a missing invoice/broken tag/damaged product.

Order dispatch times vary per product, and you can find the details for the same in the product description. The shipping times mentioned are in business/working days. However, we will make deliveries as soon as possible.
